Submit your Request
Get in touch with us to provide your babysitting requirements. Please let us know date, time, and duration of the service, along with the location. Additionally, share details about how many children need babysitting, their age and what language/s they speak
so we can match you with the most suitable Sitter for your needs.

Quote & Intro Call
Once we have the relevant information, we will send through a quote and share the profiles of the available Sitters.
At this stage, we also send a form to gather additional details, such as your child’s sleep routine, feeding schedule, allergies, medical conditions, and their general temperament.
This ensures we can tailor our care to meet your specific needs and provide the best experience for both you and your children.

Confirm the Service
If you're happy with the quote and the Sitter we've matched you with, and you’re ready to book, we just ask for a 50% deposit to lock in your assigned Sitter. The remaining balance gets paid once we've completed the service. The deposit ensures that your Sitter is all set for the date and time you need!
